Streets of Boston

Here’s another short clip from a shoot in September. We were in Boston getting interviews and footage of Skidmore College alums in the science profession. I got some cool footage from of science labs, but wanted to share this clip of Joshua and two of his colleagues walking in the streets of Boston. It’s always fun to walk backwards in crowded areas ;-), but did have John, the director, to guide me.

SLU Hockey Clip

I’ve been keeping pretty busy doing shoots for my new company, Junda Video Production, as well as for other production companies. A couple of months ago I joined Galileo Media Arts in Canton, NY, to shoot a video of the men’s and women’s Saint Lawrence hockey teams. Here’s one of the clips I shot.

Bingo

It’s cool to see one of my videos reach a pretty wide audience on Facebook. About a month ago I volunteered my services to the organization Homes for Orphaned Pets Exist (H.O.P.E.), and shot video of volunteer Cathy and her favorite dog, Bingo. Kristina from H.O.P.E. shared the video on Facebook, and Steve Caporizzo’s Pet Connection shared it again. Here’s the Pet Connection post:

Cape Cod Canal || Cape Cod Videographer

Here’s another short video from the Cape Cod trip. I shot it when I stopped at the Cape Cod Canal on the way back to Saratoga. The mild weather and overcast foggy day gave off a serene vibe while I filmed, and hope the video captures some of the essence.

I met some good people at the canal including the fisherman who kindly obliged when I asked if I could get footage of him.

Hadley Mountain

It was nice to follow up a day of filming a wedding with a hike outdoors. Last Sunday my friend David and I hiked up Hadley Mountain and I took one of my cameras with me. We were met with peaceful rain at the summit, and here’s s a very short video of some of the clips I recorded.

2013 HOPE Walk for the Animals in Saratoga

This past saturday I had the privilege to video H.O.P.E.’s 10th annual Walk for the Animals event that took place in Saratoga. When I learned about the organization, I knew right away that I wanted to volunteer my video services to such a great cause.

All of the dogs were so well-behaved and friendly, and I couldn’t distinguish the ones that were up for adoption from the ones that had owners. The volunteers for the organization were just as friendly as the canines and I’d like to thank the founder, Wendy Mongillo, for the interview. I intend to do more volunteer work for H.O.P.E. to help raise awareness, and hopefully help find these dogs and cats some good homes. You can check out H.O.P.E.’s website here: http://www.hopeanimalrescue.org

Here’s a short video from the day!
